The basalt roving of our company is basalt roving product which adopts new kiln method and 2400 hole large leakage board. With a series of advantages such as high strength, large modulus, good temperature resistance, good chemical corrosion resistance and good electrical insulation of basalt, the production of homogenized basalt raw materials has excellent performance, stable quality and small dispersion coefficient. Basalt fiber woven roving is collective beam, which combine stranded parallel protofilament with sub-thread parallel protofilament in no woven condition. Tensile strength of 7-13μm Woven Roving≥0.65N/tex, modulus of elasticity≥95Gpa, elongation at break≥2.6%. Basalt fiber not only have the same high intensity, high modulus and shock resistance performance with high technique fiber of PPTA and UHMWPE, but also have goo thermostability and light resistance, especially boundary that combines with resin have high bonding strength. So basalt woven roving of kinds  of specifications can be used for weaving, winding and knitting kinds of composites prefab products.
