Our company's basalt roving series adopts a brand new tank kiln method and a 2400 hole large leakage plate to form basalt roving products. With a series of advantages such as high strength, high modulus, good temperature resistance, good chemical corrosion resistance, and good electrical insulation of basalt, the product is produced using homogenized basalt raw materials, with excellent performance, stable quality, and small dispersion coefficient.

Product Application:
Special product SMC. It is suitable for SMC process to make basalt fiber SMC sheet, which is used in electrical, bathroom and other fields. Suitable for
unsaturated polyester resin (UP) and vinyl resin (VE) systems.

Product packaging:

Packageing information: Each fiber roll is wrapped in a heat-shrinkable or stretch film and then placed on a paller or carton.

-It’s used paper bobbin or plastic bobbin ,the finish products put into the Independent carton packaging ,fasten the bag,then put the basalt fiber yarn in to the carton ,
 finally put on the pallet.
-Storage: Should be placed in a dry, cool place, prevent moisture. Recommend to maintain indoor temperature balance. Keep in the original package before use. 
-Product withdrawal mode: internal or external.
-Shipment: By sea or by air.(For sample,transport by express)
-Delivery details: 15-20 days after receive the advanced payment.
